An 8 mile linear walk, continuing the Nelson Way following the Downs Link from Epsom Common to Burford Bridge, Box Hill via Ashtead Park and Stane St. Picnic/Pub lunch at the Stepping Stones ph, Westhumble or Ryka’s cafe. Return by bus to Shy Horse ph Malden Rushett then walk 1 mile back to the car park. Please bring your bus passes.

Meet 09.00 at Staines Railway Station for a car transfer to Britwell Salome, click SU671932 . A walk which, for part of the way, follows The Ridgeway National Trail. Those going direct to the start of the walk will find Britwell Salome on the B4009 about 1.25 miles beyond Watlington. "The Goose" Public House is on the left towards the far end of the village, turn left immediately before "The Goose" and park in the lane. There will be a picnic lunch at Ewelme where there will be time to look round this historic village.

An interesting walk among the Chiltern Hills visiting Turville and Fingest, with some fine views. Lunch stop at Fingest (Chequers pub).

alongside the Green near the Bull Inn. This is a circular walk starting on the Vanguard Way, skirting Woldingham and heading south to the top of the North Downs, then along the North Downs Way before turning north at Tatsfield. Undulating with several steep descents and ascents. Good views! Bring refreshments for mid-morning break. Picnic/pub lunch at The Old Ship, Tatsfield.

A most delightful circular walk with some far reaching views. Picnic/Pub lunch at the Fox and Hounds, Christmas Common after 5½ miles.

E – easy walking, mainly flat, suitable for beginners and those who prefer a walk at a slower pace.
M – a walk at a moderate pace for regular walkers. There may be stiles and some significant ascent / descent.
H – a harder walk for experienced walkers. Expect a walk at a faster pace with maybe a considerable amount of ascent / descent.
